SOLID’s scope of work comprises 194 villas at Cluster V1A and V2A with a total built-up area of 60,000 sqm. The project manager is managed by JBI for Palm Hills Developments.

The ICity project developed by Mountain View is located in 6th of October. The residential complex is served by modern facilities to decrease congestion and align with the government’s vision to expand residential projects in new cities. Solid’s scope of work includes the construction of 3 podiums with 16 buildings (B + G + 5 typical floors) for a total built-up area 149,000 sqm.
Golf Residence & Golf Vistas buildings occupy a central location in the heart of UPTOWN Cairo, elevated and surrounded by UPTOWN’s signature golf course. SOLID’s scope includes turnkey work for 3 apartment buildings with total built-up area of 48,000 sqm, as well as infrastructure and road works.
